I've been working with rescues in Los Angeles since I was 11 years old. I'm grateful every day that my career lets me do something that actually matters for animals.
I always say yes when a rescue
asks, and I always will.
While I'll always show up for a city shelter, I focus most of my work with rescues — because when a rescue dog gets adopted, they can pull another dog from the shelter. Every portrait creates a ripple effect.
As a photographer with a veterinary background, I know how to read a nervous dog and bring out who they really are — not just what the kennel shows.
Studies show dogs with professional photos are 60% more likely to be adopted. A great image helps people see a personality, not a kennel number.
