Starts With One Today pulls dogs off the streets of Skid Row, with no shelter and no facility, just fosters. I photographed four of their dogs who are ready for homes.
Avery brought her rescue sheepdog mix Pepper to her CSUN senior portraits and honestly this is my favorite kind of session. We hit the orange grove, the rose garden, golden hour through the orchard paths — and somewhere in there Pepper launched herself into the air and stole the whole shoot.
